In passing judgements we infer that we know enough about how a person thinks and feels to know whether or not the did right or wrong. Yet we judge others, who we couldn't possibly know, all the time. From the American Public to your favorite stars, its more than just saying "She/he is a criminal" sometimes we go to the extent of calling a person bad on a fundamental basis. I believe this type of judgement is a factor that isolates us as people. "All germans are unemotional" "Italians are all smokers" or "All Americans are war-mongers" trust me, think about it. By all means, tell me why you believe judging is good or bad.

i think judging a person without knowing him/her is the worst thing we could ever do.i hate when people judge me because of a first impression.but it's sad to say but we are human beings,so it happens many times that we judge without knowing.unfortunatelly people generalize about countries.i hate it when tourists come here and say that naples is a city of robbers.it is true that it is not a 100% sicure city,but the same thing happens in many other big metropolis.i think we all should just be a little more open minded,otherwise things will just get worse and culteres will never meet one with the other

I think that we can't generalize about caratheristics of peoples and countries!!we are too superficial and stupid!!!I don't like the reputation that has my city...disappointed byeee

Usually i dont judge people because of their appearance or similar but (there's a big BUT) i dont' have this behavior about ROM. I don't like this kind of people, maybe it's my mistake but this is my thought. About this "group" I make of all the grass a beam!

i think that is a normal thing to judge a person ..everyone says that is wrong to judge a person the first time we met.But everyone can agree with me..becouse i think that everyone at last 1 o 2 time a day judge a people the firts time we met.Obviously i don't think is right to generalize about a city or a population.

is not a good thing judging people. Is not the first impression that is important but the behaviour of the person in a lot of situations. The same thing is in judging populations. If we want to eliminate this kind of problem we would have to be more and more tolerant.

it is impossible not judge a person because when you meet someone already you feel some impression about him/her...but the important is that you don't base your ideas only on the first impression in fact you can wrong...i believe that this type of judgement is a factor of razism and ignorance...for this the best thing to do is to be united in the differences...Marina&Emanuele III A
